There are numerous sources daily which provide expert advice on how young footballers should eat before games and before and after training sessions. Although most of this is good advice it certainly does not get better than advice from the professional footballers out there already.
Championship side, Wolverhampton Wanders interviewed a number of young players and established first-team stars about the benefits of good nutrition, advice on how to eat well and also the effects of bad nutrition on performance.
Such advice this from the Wolves players should be appreciated and valued. Always remember better habits, better players. #BHBP
