Your diet must be filled with fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, whole grains and naturally low fat foods. When it comes to certain fruit and veg different colours provides the body with different nutrients for it to stay strong and healthy.
- Eat Nutritious Calories
Make sure all your energy intake comes from nutritious calorie’s that also provide the body with all nutrients from the main five groups such as vitamins, minerals, protein, fibre and fats always avoid empty calories.
- Never Skip Breakfast
How many times have you heard us say never miss breakfast at Young Pro? We don’t mean to sound like a broken record but breakfast is just as important as the pre and post game meal. Many top athletes have emphasised on consuming a healthy balanced breakfast.
